Description: Mayfair Towers was built in 1964 on what had been the rose garden, the tennis courts, and then the parking lot of the Dakota. The building has recently been cited as a historic example of mid-20th Century Modern architecture. The entrance to this well-serviced coop is on 72nd Street between Columbus and Central Park West.
