Description: Fenagh worked with Suffolk Construction Company, Inc., Crosscheck Inspection Services, Trident Construction, RXR Realty, Quikrete Cement & Concrete Products, Rudin Management Company, and Eurotech Construction on improvements to 345 Park Avenue in Manhattan, New York. This Midtown skyscraper was built in 1969 at the former site of The Ambassador Hotel. This project modernizes all 300,000 sf of building space, while preserving the building’s classic shell. The modernization includes relocation of all building mechanical equipment, all new electrical systems, new HVAC, new plumbing risers, new elevators, new windows, new restrooms, and new lobby.
Scope of Work: We performed concrete testing and sampling in accordance with ASTM standards. Fenagh also provided masonry inspections via core compression and compressive strength of masonry prisms testing. Learn more about Fenagh’s services here.
