Description:
Alloy is a new mixed-use development the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. The project includes the development of a 35-story high tower offering residential, office, parking, and retail spaces.
The project includes 475 live-work apartments, 105,000 SF of offices, and 18,000 SF of ground-floor commercial space. The building also features a 650-car garage on the premises. The visual centerpiece of Alloy is a 390-foot-tall tower which is set to become the Arts District’s tallest building upon completion. Renderings for Alloy depict a contemporary look, showcasing amenity decks atop its rooftop and podium levels. Plans also called for reactivating a former rail spur between Mateo and Santa Fe as a pedestrian paseo
