Baldwin-Rose Veteran Housing

Description: Located in El Monte, this project provides 54 units of affordable housing, including 17 units for homeless veterans, and 37 units for low-income families with a veteran head of household. The new community will provide 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes including 19 accessible apartments for mobility impaired households and 4 apartments for hearing/visually impaired households. Fenagh Engineering and Testing is the lab of choice for this project that will include six buildings with 87 parking spaces.

Scope of Work: Fenagh is performing Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Wood Framing, and Anchoring inspections for this project.
