Description: Cambridge Crossing is a 43-acre mixed-use transit-oriented development in the heart of Greater Boston in East Cambridge. It is purposefully designed to empower interaction and innovation. Cambridge Crossing Parcel I will feature approximately 475 to 500 residential units comprising approximately 390,000 square feet. The building will be 20 stories of occupied floors with a mechanical penthouse. Approximately 238 to 250 parking spaces are proposed for Parcel I, all of which will be internal to the building. Approximately 499 to 525 total bicycle parking spaces will also be provided on-site. The building will feature amenity space plus an outdoor pool deck.
