Chestnut Manor Renovation, Arlington Housing Authority

Description: Originally constructed in 1965, Chestnut Manor is a 100 one-bedroom unit facility located in close proximity with Arlington Center. Within walking distance of the largest bikeway in the region as well as public transit, Chestnut Manor, is one of the biggest transit-oriented public housing developments in the area.

Scope of Work: Fenagh was the laboratory of choice for testing and inspections of the renovation of Chestnut Manor. Most critically, we conducted wood-framing and masonry inspections to ensure the structural stability of the building. Fenagh also conducted soil testing for the Arlington Housing Authority.
