Clark Athletic Center – Envelope Replacement, 100 Morrissey Blvd

Description: Having served as the home for UMass Boston basketball, volleyball, and intramurals since the building was constructed, in the summer of 2012 the Clark Athletic Center Gymnasium underwent a major multi-million dollar renovation. BH+A is providing full architectural and engineering services for the Clark Athletic Center Envelope Replacement Project at UMass Boston. The project scope addresses immediate replacement of failed wall, skylight and roofing systems and includes master planning for future changes to the adjacent UMass campus.

Scope of Work: For this project Fenagh performed testing and inspections of air water infiltration, bolt proof load testing, masonry mortar, welding, concrete, and more. Learn more about Fenagh’s services here.
