Description: Yonkers Raceway & Empire City Casino, founded in 1899 as the Empire City Race Track, is a one-half-mile standardbred harness racing dirt track and slots casino located at the intersection of Central Park Avenue and Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers, New York, near the New York City border. It is owned by MGM Growth Properties and operated by MGM Resorts International.

Scope of Work: Fenagh observed concrete placement and performed sampling for slab on grade. We monitored loads for mix number, slump, temperature, air content, and time limit. We also prepared 4×8” concrete cylinder samples from the truck chute for laboratory testing. This work took place at the gravel pit storage area. Learn more about Fenagh’s services here.
