Habitat is a mixed-use development that will serve as a key asset to the Los Angeles community. This modern structure will incorporate both commercial and residential spaces, with amenities that include ground-floor retail and landscaped common areas designed for leisure and community engagement.

Construction of the 3401 S La Cienega project includes a new multi-story building featuring 200 residential units, with a portion designated as affordable housing. In addition, the development will include 5,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, catering to local businesses and enhancing accessibility for residents. Plans also feature a three-level underground parking structure with 300 spaces, as well as more than 20,000 square feet of open space, including a courtyard, rooftop lounge, and green spaces that support the project’s sustainability goals.
