Innovation Square, 6 Tide Street

Description: This project is a four-story, 375,000 square foot research, development, and manufacturing facility located on the east end of Boston’s booming Seaport District. The first phase of Innovation Square is a four-story, 125,000-square-foot building, anchored by a two-floor, 54,000-square-foot office for Mass Innovation Labs. The second phase will feature 260,000 square feet of lab ready space. Amenities at Innovation Square will include a collaboration center, a fitness center, and a green space. Innovation Square will feature 60 on-site parking spaces, in addition to bicycle storage. The building will feature on-site rapid transit access and is located across from Harpoon Brewery, minutes from Downtown Boston, Logan Airport and Interstates 90 and 93.
