MGM 95 State St.
Springfield, Massachusetts
Description: This project transforms an existing, 11 story high rise building in downtown Springfield into new business and assembly spaces for MGM Springfield’s corporate offices and back of house operations. In addition to the traditional spaces found in an office building, this building provides large and small meeting rooms, focused staff training areas, impromptu collaboration work areas, and a gaming school for dealer training. The project consisted of a full interior renovation at floors 1-9, core & shell renovations at floors 10-11, exterior envelope upgrades, building system upgrades, and the integration of cutting edge information and technology systems. Dietz & Company Architects provided design services from schematic design through construction documents, as well as bidding and construction administration services. The building aims to achieve LEED Gold status as part of the overall MGM Springfield development.
