Millers River Revitalization, 15 Lambert Street

Description: MassHousing has provided $82 million in financing to the Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) for the extensive renovation of the Millers River Apartments. The property features a 19-story, 297 unit multi-family building in East Cambridge. The 173,634 square foot structure was built in 1970 and features 73 resident parking spots. The building is situated a short distance from the Lechmere station, the McGrath highway, and nearby shopping at Twin City Plaza.

Scope of Work: For this project Fenagh provided onsite testing and inspections of concrete, reinforcing steel, structural steel, soil, masonry, and building envelope.
