Description: NEMA Boston is a 22-story mixed-use tower featuring 414 apartment residences ranging from “micro” innovation units to three-bedrooms sustainably designed to achieve LEED certification. NEMA Boston has been designed to reflect the Seaport’s industrial heritage with interiors featuring raw steel features and stone floors. Luxury resident amenities at NEMA Boston are housed on the 21st floor of the building, framed by stunning views of the Boston skyline and complemented by Crescent Heights’ signature “Predictive Service,” harmonizing genuine hospitality approach and leading-edge residential technology. A total of 60 innovation units are located across a two-floor section of NEMA Boston, with “collision” common work, communal and conference space located on both floors. 63 residences at NEMA Boston are designated affordable, including 13 innovation units. Approximately 2,500 square feet of retail, innovation and lobby space is located across NEMA Boston’s ground floor. A three-level parking garage sits underneath the tower containing 144 parking spaces.
Scope of Work: Fenagh’s scope of work on this project included onsite testing & inspections of concrete, masonry, fireproofing, structural steel, and more.
