Newtowne Court RAD Modernization

Description: This project consists of eight three-story walk-up masonry, concrete buildings containing a total of 268 apartments ranging in size from one to six bedroom units. Renovations include upgrades for the boiler plant, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, masonry restoration, roofing, landscaping, civil infrastructure and site work improvements. Newtowne Court is approximately 85% to 90% occupied during the construction phase which is scheduled to last two years and be completed in December 2017.

Scope of Work: Fenagh is providing special inspections and material testing on earthwork, concrete, structural steel and roofing.
