Description: Spanning 11 stories and consisting of 370,000 square feet, this 143-foot tall building will include 355,000 square feet of office space as well as 15,000 gsf of ground-floor retail. Additionally, the project includes an office rooftop terrace and 3 stories of underground parking, including 348 vehicle parking spaces. 100 bicycle storage spaces will be included on the first floor. This LEED Gold building is the first building as part of the 42-acre master plan, which will include 4.5 million gross square feet of new construction.

Scope of Work: Fenagh’s involvement in the project includes testing and inspection services for concrete sampling, masonry inspection, fireproofing inspection, structural steel inspection, as well as associated lab tests.
