Description: In the NY metro area NIC Holding Corp is best known for its subsidiary Northville Industries, a petroleum storage, distribution and wholesale company. The terminal complex, comprised of 1.4 million barrels, stores and distributes refined products both for Northville marketing and for other companies. Since Northville began marketing E85 Flex Fuel, it has sold over 35 million gallons, reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 81,000 metric tons. NIC Holding Corp’s most significant activities include the domestic and international purchase, sale, and exchange of cargos, barges, in-tank transfers, and pipeline shipments of petroleum products. In addition, NIC takes positions on regulated commodity futures exchanges and is a clearing member of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
