Old Town Library Accessibility Upgrades, 7 Fairbank Street

Description: The town of Harvard has was awarded $192,000 by the Massachusetts Cultural Facilities Fund to renovate and make accessible the Hapgood Library, also known as the Old Library. This project includes modifications to the existing historic library to provide an accessible approach and entry. Additional accessibility improvements to the building interior are also included.
Scope of Work: For this project Fenagh provided soil inspections (sieve analysis), reinforcing steel inspections, concrete inspections, masonry inspections, and fireproofing inspections.
