Description: CTA Construction managed ten phases of the Rental Assistance Demonstration revitalization project of Putnam Gardens in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Located in the Riverside neighborhood of Cambridge, Putnam Gardens is an affordable housing community that features 122 units in three buildings. It is owned by the Cambridge Housing Authority.
