Rising Tide Charter Public School Renovation

Description: Plymouth Rising Tide Foundation Corporation, a nonprofit foundation that supports Rising Tide Charter Public School (Rising Tide), has purchased the Partylite property located at 59 Armstrong Road in Plymouth, MA. Rising Tide plans to renovate the 97,585 square foot building for school use and house the middle and high school program under one roof. The 18 acre property will include an athletic field and ample parking for staff and students. The school plans to occupy the building in August, 2017. The purchase of this property provides the long-term facilities solution that the Rising Tide Board of Trustees has sought since the school was founded in 1998. The property enables the charter public school to bring the Middle School and Upper School divisions together as one school community.
