Description: Located directly across the street from Bryant Park, Salesforce Tower at 3 Bryant sits at the corner of 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue. After a successful three-year complete redevelopment of the property – including a new lobby, building façade, expanded retail and public areas – the building has been transformed into a Class AA office tower. The building is conveniently located between three major transportation hubs: Port Authority, the Times Square subway station and Grand Central Station. The 42-story tower features more than 1,000,000 square feet of office space and prominent retail space along 42nd Street.

Scope of Work: Fenagh’s involvement in the project included structural steel inspections on the 41st Floor interior renovations, including non-destructive testing of welds using ultrasonic method. Other involvement included review of the project’s welding procedure specifications, and quality control services.
