There is a minimum warehouse clearance of 32’, an ESFR sprinkler system, 9 dock high doors (expandable to 21 total), 2 grade level doors, a fenced secured yard, a 150’ truck court, 234 parking spaces (expandable to 317), 2,000 amps of power, and typical column spacing of 52’x50’.
