Soka University STEM/Science Building

Description: The Project requires a CUP to amend the Master Plan of Development for Soka University to consolidate five classroom/laboratory buildings into one larger science building, increase the total sq. footage of the building from 65,000 sq. ft. to 90,425 sf, and increase the maximum building height from 65 feet to 79 feet. The 4-story STEM Building will be constructed on approx. 1.16 acres located in the center of the campus.
