Description:We’re working with Delfino Corporation on the new Springfield Self Storage at 55 Fisk Avenue in Springfield, Massachusetts. This facility is 46,205 square feet, with 19’ – 21’ ceiling height, three 8’ x 8’ doors with dock levelers, 4 overhead doors, 800 AMP, 480 volt, 3 phase electric service, and 40’ x 40’ and 28’ x 40’ column spacing.

Scope of Work: Fenagh is performing Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) and Coring inspections, including existing compressive strength of concrete and all associated laboratory testing.
