The JACX Dining Facilities

Description: The JACX is a 26-story, dual-tower located at 28-07 Jackson Avenue. Designed by MdeAS Architects, it contains modern office space with open floors and large windows. There is an acre-wide green space on the 5th floor, 50,000 square feet of retail space, dining options, and a new fitness center. The towers also incorporate high ceilings, efficient floor plates, and advanced infrastructure to create a 21st century communal workspace.

Scope of Work: Fenagh has worked with Tishman Speyer to perform concrete sampling and testing, as well as laboratory testing for the JACX state-of-the-art dining facilities.
