Description:
The Ridge Walk North Living and Learning Neighborhood project is a mixed-use development that will include housing for undergraduate students, student dining, wellness programming, study lounges, co-working spaces, housing and offices for residential life staff, general assignment classrooms and other academic space.

The project will also include public realm and site utility infrastructure improvements. The 4-building project will redevelop an approximately 7.5-acre site located on the main campus, bound to the West by Ridge Walk, to the East by Hopkins Lane, the north by Voigt Drive, and extends to the Communication Building and Solis Hall at the southern boundary of the site.
