Description: Verizon replaced the fuel tank at their Video Hub Office 5 located at 71-40 164th Street in Queens, New York. The building is occupied by one tenant and is classified as single occupancy.

Scope of Work: Fenagh performed concrete placement inspection and sampling for the new gallon tank pad. We monitored loads for mix number, slump, temperature, air content, and time limit.
